基于铂纳米线阵列的葡萄糖生物传感器
Glucose biosensor based on platinum nanowire array
【摘要】 用电沉积法在聚碳酸酯膜板中制备了铂纳米线阵列,纳米线直径约为250nm,长度约为2μm。SEM表征表明,铂纳米线阵列具有均匀有序的结构,纳米线密度为5×108cm-2。将纳米线阵列薄膜固定到电极表面,研究了修饰电极的电化学行为。在较低电位下(-0.1V),修饰电极对过氧化氢具有良好的电催化性能,并有较宽的线性响应范围(1×10-7~5×10-2mol/L)。通过戊二醛在电极表面固定葡萄糖氧化酶制备了一种新的葡萄糖传感器。该传感器对葡萄糖的线性响应范围为5×10-6~2×10-3mol/L,检测下限为1μmol/L。
【Abstract】 Platinum nanowire arrays can be grown by electrodeposition in polycarbonate membrane,with the average diameter of the nanowires about 250 nm and the length about 2 μm.SEM characterization indicates the nanowire array has an ordered and uniform structure with nanowire density of 5×108 cm2.The electrochemical behavior of the nanowire modified electrode was investigated.The platinum nanowire array modified electrode can direct response to hydrogen peroxide at low potential of-0.1 V with wide linear range(1×10-7 to 5×10-2 mol/L)and high sensitivity,indicating excellent electrocatalytic activity of the modified electrode.With the immobilization of glucose oxidase onto the electrode surface using glutaric dialdehyde,a new glucose biosensor has been constructed.Interference free determination of glucose has been realized with a linear range from 5 μmol/L to 20 mmol/L and the detection limit was 1 μmol/L glucose(S/N=3).
