电光效应角位移测量研究

【摘要】 根据耦合波理论,应用光学晶体线性电光效应,研究了高准确度测量角位移的方法,在任意选择入射激光及外加电场方向的条件下,获得输出光强的表达式,并且深入分析了透射率对入射激光方向、外加电场方向及入射激光波长的依赖关系,通过测量透射率确定转动物体的小角度位移量。并且利用简单的光学系统,对入射激光的入射角度进行压缩,扩大线性电光效应测量角位移范围达度级。

【Abstract】 Based on the wave coupling theory,the method of measuring angular displacement with high accuracy is studied using the linear electro-optic effect of optical crystal.Under the condition of arbitrary selection of the incident laser and the applied electric field,the expression of the output optical intensity under the action of electro-optic effect is obtained.Also,the changing relation of transmissivity with respect to the direction of incident laser,the direction of applied electric field,and the wavelength of the incident laser obtained analyzed.The direction of the incident laser can be determined by measuring the transmissivity.The small angular displacement of rotary object can be measured according to this principle.And the incident angle of incident laser can be compressed based on simple optical system.The measuring range of angular displacement under linear electro-optic effect is amplified and this measuring range can reach the level of "degree".
