【摘要】 本文综述PbTe材料及其薄膜的当前研究进展,并针对PbTe薄膜的不同制备方法及特点进行了探讨,得出了PbTe薄膜的化学组成、组织结构、形态、光学特性与材料自身性质、基底特性、沉积温度、制备方法有直接关系的结论.上述结论对今后的PbTe薄膜研究具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The current advances in the research on PbTe material and film are overviewed in this paper.Different preparation methods of PbTe film and their features are discused.The conclusion that the chemical composition,structure,modality and optical characteristics of PbTe film are directly related to the characteristics of material and substrates,deposition temperature and preparation method is given. This conclusion is of significance to the future research on PbTe film.更多还原
