【Abstract】 This paper is based on the U.S.Patent-Space Weather Prediction System and Method(2004/11/09).It discusses four aspects of the problem,including the current level of the current space weather forecast systems,a template-based weather forecast system,implementation,and the difficulties and the feasibility in implementing the template scheme.This paper is offered to draw forth more valuable papers and studies on space weather forecast by aerospace departments and related department in China in order to increase its competition strength in launching spacecraft as a result of reduced launching risk and to improve spacecraft reliability,to reduce risk in launching spacecraft,to establish the intellectual asset in space weather prediction system.更多还原
