【Abstract】 Based on the fundamental theory of people-oriented management,this paper points out the main problems existing in the teaching management of local colleges,expounds the necessity to establish a people-oriented management model,puts forward a basic way: construct people-oriented management model from two aspects: improving the quality of the teaching manager and establishing perfect teaching management mechanism;and special significance should be attached to the establishment of management by using cultivation mechanism.更多还原
