【摘要】 民营企业在经济建设中发挥着积极作用,但也出现了劳动合同制度落实不到位,劳动报酬决策双方不协调等问题。处理这些问题和矛盾,调整好民营企业劳资关系,对促进民营企业的进一步发展及社会稳定有重要意义。通过完善劳动法律法规体系,转变劳动管理部门职能,健全社会保险保障体系,保护职工劳动权利,从而达到整个经济和社会的相互协调与和谐发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Private enterprises play a positive role in economic construction,but also have some problems in enforcing labor contract and coordinating payment between the employers and employees.It is important to take actions against these conflicts and regulate the relations between labor and capital,which further contributes to the development of private enterprises and social stability.By means of perfecting law and regulation system,changing the function of the labor management department,improving social insurance or security and protecting the employee’s right to work,we can ensure harmonious development of the society and the economy.更多还原
