【Abstract】 Nowadays,there are challenges but also opportunities for the surplus farmers in the areas in Hengshui.We should analyze the situation in order to grasp the chance to transfer them quickly.The suggestions are: establishing a unified labor market between the county and the city;developing non –agricultural industries;improving the educational level of the farmers;eliminating the unfavor-able policies and laws and establishing a stable base for exporting surplus farmers.更多还原
