【摘要】 义务教育是关系到国民素质的基础工程,党和政府近年来制定和颁布了许多扶持和助推农村义务教育发展的法律政策,但农村义务教育依然存在很多严峻的问题,教育质量是当前制约农村义务教育发展的瓶颈。从政策理念、政策内容、政策过程、城乡政策比较的视角对近二十年来我国农村义务教育政策进行具体的缺陷分析,探讨农村义务教育改革创新的基本要求,并对具体措施尝试性地作初步设计,在当前具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the compulsory education is considered as the primary quality project of a nation,Chinese governmentand the Party have enforced regulations and policies concerning the rural compulsory education.There still exist quite a few problems in the regard,of which the quality of education is the bottleneck.This paper,therefore,performs a tentative analysis of the policies in the past twenty years or so of the rural compulsory education in relation to the conceptions,contents,the implementation processes,and rural and municipal comparisons,in pursuit of a creative improvement.更多还原
