温度对镁基非晶合金连接AZ91D镁合金接头的影响

【摘要】 通过铜模浇注法制备Mg65Cu22Ni3Y5Nd5镁基块状非晶合金。在井式电阻炉中,采用氩气保护的方式研究镁基非晶合金分别在500,520,540,560℃下与AZ91D镁合金连接后接头的组织及性能。试验结果表明:随着焊接温度的升高,焊缝宽度逐渐减小,焊缝形状始终呈弯曲状;焊缝组织由块状逐渐转变为短棒状、针状到最后的网状组织;在焊接温度为560℃时,接头的强度最高。

【Abstract】 Mg-based bulk metallic glass Mg65Cu22Ni3Y5Nd5 was prepared by copper mold casting method. This paper researched the effects of temperature on microstructures and properties of AZ91D magnesium alloy brazed joint by Mg-based bulk metallic glass under 500,520,540,560 ℃ in the well resistance furnace. The results showed that welded joint depressed with the raising temperature. But the form of welding line bended all the time. The microstructure of welding joint would gradually transfer from bulk shape to short-stick shape and needle shape, ending with net shape. The strength of welded joint was the best under 560 ℃.
