【摘要】 激烈的市场竞争要求企业具备低成本、高质量与高速度。精益生产能快速提升流程速度、降低成本,而六西格玛管理能有效识别并消除变异、提高质量、持续改进。精益六西格玛有效地结合了"精益的速度"与"六西格玛的质量",是企业增强竞争优势的有效途径。通过分析精益生产与六西格玛管理的本质,提出建立企业文化与质量文化是精益六西格玛成功实施的保证,进而指出了精益六西格玛实施过程中存在的问题,并给出了相关建议。上述研究将有助于我国企业管理层科学地认识精益六西格玛,同时也有助于该方法在我国企业的推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Low cost,high quality and quick speed are necessary for enterprises in competitive market.Cost can be reduced and flow speed raised quickly by implementing Lean Manufacturing,and variations can be found and removed effectively to enhance quality and improvement by applying Six Sigma.Since it combines the "speed of Lean Manufacturing" with "quality of Six Sigma",Lean Six Sigma becomes an efficient way to enhance enterprise’s predominance.By analyzing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma,this paper proposes that establishing company culture and quality culture can ensure implementing Lean Six Sigma successfully and also gives some advices for the problems during Lean Six Sigma implementation.All these studies can help the managers in China to understand Lean Six Sigma correctly and to execute it successfully.更多还原
