【摘要】 目的:探讨益智聪明汤治疗老年血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法:将80例本病患者按1:1的比例随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,治疗组采用益智聪明汤治疗,对照组采用脑复康治疗。结果:治疗组的临床症状、认知功能和日常生活能力均得到了一定程度的改善,且治疗组的总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:益智聪明汤治疗老年血管性痴呆疗效明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect on senium vascular dementia treated by Yizhi Congming decoction.Method:80 cases were randomly divided into 40 cases each in the treatment group and control group.Cases in the treatment group were treated by Yizhi Congming decoction and cases in the control group treated by pisacetam.Results:Clinical symptoms,cognition function and activity of daily living had improved in some degree.The total effective rate in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Yizhi Congming decoction had marked effect for treating senium vascular dementia更多还原
