【摘要】 目的探讨睾丸微小结石症的超声声像图特征及临床意义。方法应用高频超声检查睾丸、附睾,同时确定有无其他阴囊内疾病,了解生育史。结果声像图表现为睾丸实质内散在稀疏或密集分布的强回声光点,直径约1 mm左右,后方无声影。结论TM有继发不育及肿瘤倾向,因此,必须定期随访复查。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the ultrasonographic features and clinical significance of testicular microlithiasis(TM). Methods All 57 patients with TM were reviewed.Testis and epididymis as well scrotal were checked up by high-frequency ultrasound. Results Sonographic examination of testis revealed depictions of rave dicthed hyperechoic foci in the parenchyma of testis.These foci were about 1,mm in diameter and without acoustic shadows. Conclusion There is tendency to develop male infertility and testiculoma in the cases of TM.更多还原
