【摘要】 目的:建立抗病毒泡腾片中连翘苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱C18,柱温:室温;流动相:乙腈-水(25:75);检测波长:277 nm;流速:1.0 ml/min。结果:回归方程:Y=2745.12614X-384.59877,r=0.99987。结果:表明连翘苷在28.5~228 ng范围内具有良好的线性关系。平均回收率98.65%,RSD%=0.68%。结论:该方法准确可靠,重现性好,可用于抗病毒泡腾片剂的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish a method for determination of phillyrin in anti-virus effervescent tablet.Mehtods: The HPLC method was used with C18chromato bar at room temperature,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(2575) with detection wavelength 277 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.Results: The regression equation was Y=2745.12614X-384.59877,r=0.99987,the result indicated that phillyrin was a good linear relation at the range of 28.5~228 ng,the average recovery was 98.65% with RSD%=0.68%.Conclusion: The method is reliable with good reproducibility,can be used as quality control for anti-virus effervescent tablet.更多还原
