【摘要】 【目的】临床对比观察替米沙坦和依那普利对高血压左心室肥厚的逆转情况。【方法】选择经超声心动图证实有高血压左心室肥厚的患者106例,随机平分为替米沙坦组和依那普利组,每组53例。治疗前停用其他降压药物2周后,分别给予替米沙坦和依那普利治疗。根据血压调整剂量,连用32周。治疗期间检测心电图及血压情况,疗程结束后复查超声心动图,对比分析2组治疗前后左心室肥厚的各项指标。【结果】经替米沙坦治疗后,血压下降且稳定,左室后壁,室间隔厚度与左室内径均显著缩小,左室重量及左室重量指数也明显减轻或相应减轻。而依那普利组除血压明显下降外,左室肥厚的各项指标均无明显改善。【结论】以上两药降压作用明显且稳定。替米沙坦还可显著逆转高血压左心室肥厚,而依那普利逆转左心室肥厚的作用不明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To comparatively observe the clinical effect of telmisartan and enalapril on reversing left ventricular hypertrophy in patients with hypertension.【Methods】 One hundred and six cases with hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy confirmed by echocardiogram were divided into 2 groups at random.There were 53 cases in each group using telmisartan and enalapril respectively.Administration dosage was adjusted according to blood pressure.The period was 32 weeks.The electrocardiogram(ECG) and blood pressure were examined and analyzed before and after treatment.【Results】 After therapy with telmisartan,blood pressure was decreased and stabilized.Both the thickness of posterior wall of left ventricle(PWLV) and interventricular septum(IVS) and the internal diameter of left ventricle were significantly deflated.Left ventricular mass(LVM) and left ventricular mass index(LVMI) were also significantly lessened or accordingly lessened.In enalapril group,blood pressure was significantly decreased,and other parameters of left ventricle had no changes.【Conclusion】 Both medicines have obvious and stable effect of lowing blood pressure.Telmisartan can significantly reverse left ventricular hypertrophy in patients with hypertension,but enalapril has not the same effect.更多还原
