【摘要】 目的:揭示影响成人安氏Ⅱ2错拔牙矫治的因素,及矫治中的一些注意事项。方法:本研究收集24例安氏Ⅱ2病例,分为拔牙10例,非拔牙14例两组,对两组治疗前的临床检查、模型测量、X线头影测量项目进行分析比较。结果:拔牙组的上颌拥挤量明显大于非拔牙组,有统计学意义(P<0.01),而下颌牙列拥挤量、Spee曲线深度、覆等无统计学意义。结论:上牙弓的拥挤量是决定上牙列拔牙的主要因素,但还要参考面型的丰满度、上前牙的唇齿关系,而下牙列在决定是否拔牙时要十分慎重,综合考虑下颌牙列拥挤量、Spee曲线深度、覆等因素,尽可能不拔牙,若须拔牙,尽可能拔第二双尖牙或第三磨牙。更多还原

【Abstract】 Object:To reveal the factors what effects on extraction treatment of adult angle class Ⅱ division 2 malocclusion and the announcements to which should be pay attention during the orthodontic therapy.Methods:In this study,24 adult patients of angle class Ⅱ division 2 malocclusion were divided into 2 groups.10 of them were arranged in the extraction group,and orthers in the non-extraction group.The dams of clinical examinations,model meaurements and cephalometric articles of prior-treatment were collected and analyzed.Results:The crowding amounts of upper dental archs of extraction group is significantly larger than those of non-extraedon group(P<0.01).The crowding amounts of lower dental archs,the depths of Spee curves,over bites etc don’t differ significantly between the two groups.Conclusion:It is determined by the crowding amount of upper dental arch that wether extraction treatment were carry out or not.At the same time,the fullness of face and the relationship between upper incisors and upper lip should be refered.It should be cautious when orthodontists determine the extraction from the lower dental arch.During the analysis,the crowding amount of lower dental arch,the depth of Spee curve,over bite should be considered carefully.It are second bicuspids or third molars that should be extracted from the lower dental arch as far as possible if some teeth must be extracted.更多还原
