【摘要】 目的:探讨国产胰岛素增敏剂盐酸吡格列酮对代谢综合征的治疗作用。方法:对45例确诊的代谢综合征患者,在饮食控制的基础上使用盐酸吡格列酮治疗12周,观察治疗前后腰围(WC)、空腹胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、空腹血糖(FBG)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、血压(BP)等指标的变化。结果:治疗12周后,患者HOMA-IR、FBG、TG、LDL指标较治疗前均显著下降。结论:盐酸吡格列酮可降低胰岛素抵抗、改善糖、脂代谢,对代谢综合征具有治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effects of Pioglitazone Hydrochloride in patients with metabolic syndrome(MS).Methods:Forty-five patients with diagnosed MS were enrolled and administrated with Pioglitazone Hydrochloride for 12 weeks.A serial indexes of waist circle(WC),the homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance(HOMA-IR),fast blood glucose(FBG),serum lipid(TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C)and BP were measured before and after treatment.Results:The level of HOMA—IR,FBG,TG,TC and LDL-C significantly decreased with Pioglitazone Hydrochloride(P<0.05).The levels of WC,HDL-C and BP had no significantly changed.Conclusion:Pioglitazone Hydrochloride can modify the metabolic process of lipid and glucose and has therapeutic effects on MS.更多还原
