冶金机械专业人才需求的调查
Investigation on Demand for Metallurgy Machinery Professional
【摘要】 通过对湖南省及江西省钢铁企业的调查,掌握了当前企业的人才需求情况,并对调查情况进行了分析与归纳,为学校的专业设置、人才培养等等提供了可靠依据。
【Abstract】 Through the investigation of the steel enterprises of Hunan and Jiangxi,we know the current demand for qualified personnel in enterprises,and the survey was analyzed and summarized.This article provides a reliable basis to the schools professional setting,the training of personnel etc.
