【摘要】 目的:建立了用毛细管气相色谱测定西瓜霜润喉片中冰片、薄荷脑含量的方法。方法:采用SUPELCOWAX—10(0.53mm×30m×1.0μm)石英毛细管色谱柱,以萘为内标,进样口、检测器温度250℃,柱温130℃。结果:薄荷脑的线性范围为6.848~513.6μg/mL,平均回收率为101.64%,RSD=2.42%(n=6);冰片的线性范围为3.944~246.0μg/mL,平均回收率为100.05%,RSD=3.16%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便、快速,可准确测定西瓜霜润喉片中冰片及薄荷脑的含量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective A capillary gas chromatography method for analyzing mentholum and bornelum in Watermelon frost runhou tablets was established.Methods The sample was analyzed on a SUPELCOWAX—10 capillary column(30m×0.53mm ×1.0μm),the detector was Flame Ionization Detector(FID)and the column temperature was set at 130℃.The injection and detection temperature was set at 250℃,respective.Results The linear range for the detection of mentholum was 6.848 ～ 1531.6μg/mL,the average recovery was 101.64%,RSD=2.42%(n=6),and the linear range for the detection of bornelum was 3.944 ～ 246.0μg/mL,the average recovery was 100.05%,RSD=3.16%(n=6).Conclusion The method was simple,rapid.It may be accurate for the determination of mentholum and bornelum in Watermelon frost runhou tablets.更多还原
