褪黑素的抗羰基应激作用
Inhibiting Effects of Melatonin on Carbonyl Stress
【摘要】 从化学反应体系探讨褪黑素(MT)对机体内普遍存在的自由基氧化和非酶糖基化重要活性中间产物——丙二醛(MDA)的清除作用,进而探讨MT对血液的MDA羰基应激体系的影响,结果表明:MT不仅能直接清除MDA,而且能抑制MDA等毒性羰基类物质诱导的血液粘度的升高;这表明,MT抗氧化活性的分子机制可能是抗羰基应激.
【Abstract】 Malondialdehyde(MDA) is one of the most important intermediates of free radical damage and non-enzyme glycation in vivo.A purpose of this study is to determine whether melatonin(MT) can scavenge MDA and the effect of MT on MDA-induced carbonyl stress in blood system.Results show that MT could interact with MDA directly and inhibit MDA-induced blood viscosity increasing.The findings suggest that MT may detoxify unsaturated carbonyls and protect against tissue damage induced by oxidative stress.
