水稻淡黄叶突变体标810S不同叶位光合特性研究

【摘要】 以温敏核不育系810S为对照,对810S的淡黄叶突变体标810S叶绿素含量、净光合速率、暗呼吸速率和生物产量进行了比较研究.结果表明:淡黄叶突变体标810S各叶位叶绿素含量均比对照810S低,其光合色素含量的变化幅度为对照的60.9%~50.4%,但标810S各叶位净光合速率比对照高,增加幅度为4~5μmol.m-2.s-1.各发育时期的暗呼吸速率标810S比对照高0.23~0.35μmol.m-2.s-1,株高和生物学产量与810S接近.

【Abstract】 A comparative study of the rice leaf chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate,dark respiration rate and forage vegetative yield are carried out between a chlorophyll-deficient variety(Biao810S) and Thermo-sensitive genic male-sterile indic rice(810S).Results indicat that chlorophyll content of Biao810S is lower than that of 810S at different leaf position,and is only about 60.9%~50.4% corresponding to that of 810S,but the net photosynthetic rate of Biao810S is 4~5 μmol·m-2·s-1 higher than that of 810S.The plant height and the forage vegetative yield of Biao810S are a little lower than that of parent at different developmental stages.Besides,Biao810S has the higher dark respiration rate which is 0.23~0.35 μmol·m-2·s-1 higher than that of 810S.
