茶碱分子印迹PDVB-SO3H/PDVB IPN的合成及性能研究

【摘要】 将工业二乙烯基苯和致孔剂溶胀到磺化聚二乙烯基苯树脂球中,通过悬浮聚合合成了茶碱分子印迹和非分子印迹的大孔磺化聚二乙烯基苯/聚二乙烯基苯互穿聚合物网络(PDVB-SO3H/PDVB IPN)珠体,测定了2种IPN的结构及其对茶碱的吸附性能.结果表明,2种IPN的物理和化学结构相近,但分子印迹IPN对印迹分子具有较好吸附作用,从而实现了以较简单的方法合成分子印迹效果好的大孔交联聚合物.

【Abstract】 Theophylline molecules imprinted and non-imprinted interpenetrating polymer networks composed of sulfonated polydivinylbenzene and polydivinylbenzene(PDVB-SO3H/PDVB IPNs) are synthesized by suspension polymerization of divinylbenzene swelling into sulfonated polydivinylbenzene beads with the existence of porogens.Structures of the imprinted and non-imprinted IPNs are characterized,and adsorption isotherms of the two IPNs for theophylline are measured.The results show that the imprinted IPN adsorbs much more theophylline than the non-imprinted IPN though their physical and chemical structures are similar,and thus a simple method to synthesize molecularly imprinted macroporous crosslinked polymer beads is established.
