【摘要】 目的评价坦度螺酮治疗广泛性焦虑症的临床疗效和不良反应。方法对64例符合CCMD-3诊断标准的广泛性焦虑症患者,随机分为2组,分别为坦度螺酮(32例),氯硝西泮组(32例)进行治疗,疗程6周。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、Hamilton焦虑量表(HAMA)和副作用量表(TESS)评定疗效和不良反应。结果坦度螺酮与氯硝西泮对广泛性焦虑症均有显著疗效。2组间疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),坦度螺酮不良反应明显少于氯硝西泮(P<0.01)。结论坦度螺酮治疗广泛性焦虑症安全有效,不良反应轻微。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and side effects of Tandospirone in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder.Methods A total of 64 patients who met the criteria of CCMD-3 for generalized anxiety disorder were randomly divided into Tandospirone group and Clonazepam group.The period of study was 6 weeks.The efficacy and side effects were assessed with HAMA,SAS and TESS.Results Both drugs had marked efficacy in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder,and there was no significant difference between the two groups.Tandospirone had significantly fewer side effects than Clonazepam.Conclusion Tandospirone is safe and effective with slight side effects for generalized anxiety disorder.更多还原
