【Abstract】 This paper discusses the investment forecast,the project reasoning in decision-making,the auditing and investing public bidding,and the purchasing of large apparatuses and equipments in universities.Based on the discussion,ideas to manage the pass of large apparatuses and equipments are put forward in order to standardize the prophase purchasing administrators on purpose to avoid wastes of resources,to make more reasonable use of capitals in accordance with the needs of thrifty society.更多还原
