【Abstract】 The national educational aid loan policy is the most important policy of the government to sponsor economically disadvantaged students in college,but there are some problems in the implementation of this policy. This paper tries to explore the approaches and outlets to these problems from the perspectives of reducing the risks banks have to confront and stimulating banks’ enthusiasm in providing loans,suggesting that colleges should reduce students’ economic pressure,national finance should provide guarantee for banks and colleges and banks should cooperate.更多还原
