【摘要】 在植物及微生物DNA提取方法的基础上,提出了一种分别用CTAB和SDS试剂简单、快速、安全、优质提取拉曼被孢霉DNA的通用步骤。该方法提取时间短、效率高、产品较纯,通过紫外分光光度计检测和凝胶电泳分析,提取的DNA分子量可达21.2 kb以上,其纯度可直接用于PCR扩增等分子生物学方面的研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper summarized a simplified,rapid,safe and quality method for extracting cell DNA from Mortierella ramanniance with CTAB and SDS,which was based largely on the isolation method of plants and microorganisms.The application showed the method was quick,effective and highpurity which the crude isolation DNA did not need to be purified and could be directly used to PCR analysis being diluted,as well as their OD260/280 and OD260/230.The quality of the extraction might be satisfied to the need of Molecular analysis.The extracted products had a main DNA bands more than 22.5 Kb in molecular length,which could be observed through agarose gel electrophoresis.更多还原
