菌根菌对玉米抗铜、镉、铅、锌及生物有效性的影响
Effects of Ectomycorrhizal Fungi on Maize’s Resistance to Bioavailatility and Toxicity of Heavy Metal
【摘要】 通过比较接种和不接种菌根菌玉米根际土壤中铜、镉、铅、锌的形态变化、作物的生物量和金属在玉米中的蓄积量等参数,揭示菌根真菌通过影响植物根际微环境、微量金属形态而增加玉米抗过量金属胁迫的现象和机理。
【Abstract】 In order to discover the effects of ectomyrrhizal fungi on improving antireverse force of maize and its mechanism,It was probed by means of inoculation and non-inoculation that the pattern of Cu,Cd,Pb,Zn existed in maize rhizosphere,and the relationship between the biomass and the accumulaion of heavy metal in maize was probed as well.
