加强外挂整治 构建和谐社会——关于治理外挂拖拉机变型运输机的思考与实践

【摘要】 本文分析了变拖外挂对地方经济和社会的影响、危害以及造成变拖外挂的主要原因,根据江苏南通治理外挂变拖的具体实践,提出自己对根治变拖外挂的对策与建议
【Abstract】 The paper analyzes the influence and bane for the areas’economy and society as the tractor variant to be listed in the other region and the main cause of this phenomenon,according to Jiangsu Nantong’s concrete practice to manage the tractor variant listed in the other region,and expresses oneself the countermeasure and suggestion to cure the phenonmena of the tractor variant to be listed in the other region.
