水稻诱变糯质基因回复突变的研究

【摘要】以杂交稻亲本胚乳糯质基因突变体南恢175wxR、湘恢288wxR、II-32wxB、明恢86wxR、蜀恢527wxR、明恢63wxR、龙特浦wxB以及D62wxB为材料,肉眼鉴定其自交后代胚乳性质,结果发现诱变糯质基因wx发生回复突变(即胚乳性质由糯质回复突变为非糯质),回复突变频率为0～6.34×10-5,平均为3.74×10-5.更多还原

【Abstract】 Take some parents of hybrid rice such as Nanhui 175wxR,Xianghui 288wxR,Minghui 86wxR,Shuhui 527wxR,Minghui 63wxR,II-32wxB,Longtepu wxB and D62wxB which had induced waxy gene as the material,and the characteristics of endosperm of their inbred descendant were studied by net eyes.The results were as following:induced waxy mutants reversion(waxy endosperm reversed to non-waxy ones),and the reversion frequency for 0～6.34×10-5,average for 3.74×10-5.更多还原
