β-甲基环氧氯丙烷的应用及合成研究进展
Research Progress on Preparation and Application of β-Methylepichlorohydrin
【摘要】 介绍了β-甲基环氧氯丙烷(MECH)的制备方法及在合成环氧树脂、环氧活性稀释剂、冠醚类相转移催化剂、除草剂中间体等方面的应用。在各种制备方法中,氯醇法已经实现了工业化,而其他方法尚处于探索阶段。由钛硅分子筛TS-1催化过氧化氢尿素与甲代烯丙基氯环氧化生成MECH是一种很有开发潜力的绿色合成工艺,提高TS-1的活性和使用寿命、优化反应条件是该法工业化的前提条件。
【Abstract】 β-Methylepichlorohydrin can be obtained by several methods,and its applications on the synthesis of epoxy resin,active diluents for epoxy resin,crow ether type phase transfer catalysts and a kind of herbicide intermediate are introduced.In all methods of synthesizing β-methylepichlorohydrin,the traditional chlorohydrins process has been industrialized,while others are still in searching after stage.The most perspective green process is the epoxidation of methylated allyl chloride with urea hydrogen peroxide adduct(UHP),using titanium silicate molecular sieve TS-1 as the redox catalysts.The preconditions of the method for easily industrialization is to improve the activation and operating life of the TS-1,and to optimize the reaction condition.
