【Abstract】 Much attention has been paid to enticement investigation by judicatory circles.It is of considerable dangerousness and certain reasonableness.It’s necessary to analyze the kernel of enticement investigation comprehensively from the point of view of law and judge its value conflicts rationally.We should chose and coordinate value orientation appropriately based on pursuing justice and efficiency,and resolve the value conflicts with the most efficient ways.It’s a feasible choice to reasonably explore enticement investigation within the frame of law.更多还原
