【Abstract】 The experimental teaching of biotechnological specialization students is critical to cultivate high quality talented students for biotechnology.In order to do well in biotechnological experimental teaching,it is very necessary to carry out scientific managements in the Integrated Biotechnology Lab.In the face of present situation of the newly building of this Lab,opportunities and challenges are equally existed for scientific managements.In this article,the authors bring forward some countermeasures,including strengthening lab hardware construction and institutional construction,democratization in decision-making,computerization in information management,modularization in functional zoning,and concretion in responsibility etc.更多还原
