【Abstract】 The paper mainly discusses the primary factors that influences extraction rate of flavonoids compounds from eucalypt.The preferable extraction techniques are given.The results indicated that the conditions of 70℃,1 ∶12 of 65% ethanol to eucalypt(ground to 30 mesh screen through) for 24h and refluencing and distilling for 2h.Flavonoid compounds content in eucalypt is 3.41% by specter photometric method using rutin as the standard sample.更多还原
