水性环氧丙烯酸光敏树脂在制浆造纸中的应用
Synthesis of Water-based Photosensitive Resin and Its Application in Paper Coating
【摘要】 以环氧树脂、丙烯酸、马来酸酐为原料合成水性光敏树脂,讨论了原料投料比、反应温度、催化剂等因素对合成水性光敏树脂性能的影响。初步研究了其在纸张涂布及湿部添加中的应用工艺,结果显示:经过水性光敏树脂涂布后,纸张的物理性能得到了明显的改善,并且光敏树脂在使用过程中具有快速、环保的特点。
【Abstract】 A kind of water -based photosensitive resin which is synthesized with epoxy resin, acrylic acid, malei anhydride as raw materials was investigated. It was found that the water-based photosensitive resin could be used in coating and wet-end adding . It was found that the physical properties of the paper were enhanced significantly when photosensitive resin was used as. The results indicated that the process with photosensitive resin was rapid, effective and environment friendly.
