【摘要】 目的前瞻性探讨C-erbB-2表达与宫颈癌病理学分级、肿瘤浸润深度及复发等相关性,以及放疗对C-erbB-2表达的影响。方法采用免疫组化法检测77例宫颈癌以及其中21例术前放疗前的病理标本C-erbB-2表达,并长期随访。结果C-erbB-2表达程度与宫颈癌病理学分级、肿瘤浸润深度及复发等差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前放疗可以降低C-erbB-2在宫颈癌组织中的表达(P<0.01)。C-erbB-2在宫颈癌组织中表达显著高于在正常宫颈组织中表达(P<0.05)。结论C-erbB-2表达与宫颈癌病理学分级呈负相关,与宫颈癌浸润深度、复发呈正相关。C-erbB-2表达可作为宫颈癌患者预后的重要生物学标志。术前放疗可以降低C-erbB-2在宫颈癌组织中的表达。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore prospectively the relation of expressions of C-erbB-2 and grading of pathology,the depth of infiltration and recurrence of tumor, and the effect of radiotherapy on the expression of C-erbB-2.Methods Immunohistochemical analysis was used to investigate the expression of C-erbB-2 in histopathologic slides of 77 uterine cervix cancers also with 21 cases who were given radiotherapy before operation,all the patients were given long term follow-up.Results The degree of C-erbB-2 expressions had significant deviation with grading of pathology.The depth of infiltration in cancer of the cervix(P<0.05), and with recurrence(P<0.05),radiotherapy before operation could reduce the expressions of C-erbB-2 in cancer of the cervix(P<0.01),the expressions of C-erbB-2 in cancer of the cervix were higher than those in normal cervix tissues.Conclusions The expressions of C-erbB-2 in cancer of the cervix had negative correlation with grading of pathology,had positive correlation with the depth of infiltration,the recurrence of tumor.The expressions of C-erbB-2 in cancer of the cervix can be regarded as an important biologic marker in prognosis,radiotherapy before operation can reduce the expressions of C-erbB-2 in cancer of the cervix.更多还原
