【摘要】 目的评价弹射式空芯针活检(ST-CNB)在乳腺癌早期诊断和治疗中的应用价值。方法对152例临床上诊断或高度可疑乳腺癌的乳腺肿块进行自动活检枪取材行病理检查,结合手术后病理切片进行分析对照。结果弹射式空芯针活检(ST-CNB)对乳腺癌的诊断敏感性为95.38%,特异性为100%,假阴性率为1.38%,假阳性率为0。全部152例活检后无并发症。结论乳腺肿块术前应用活检枪经皮穿刺活检术,可提供术前病理定性诊断,可免去术中冰冻切片检查,缩短手术时间,术前明确诊断有助于外科医生拟定合理的手术方案,提高手术质量,是一种理想诊断方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the application of ST-CNB in diagnosis and treatment of early breast cancer.Methods 152 cases of suspicious breast tumor patient were taken the pathological biopsy and the results were compared with those after operation.Results The diagnostic sensitivity was 95.38% and specificity was 100%.The false negative rate was 1.38%.There was no complication during biopsy.Conclusion Biopsy before operation might supply the pathology result to avoid frozen section and shorten the operative time.It might be an ideal method and could help doctor to make reasonable method to improve the operation quality.更多还原
