【摘要】 目的观察异长春瑞宾(NVB)、顺铂(DDP)加恩度(ENDOSTAR)静脉化疗与热疗联合治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法40例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为两组,观察组(20例)应用NVB25mg/m2,第1、8天:DDP30mg/m2,第1天,恩度连用2周,休息1周,再用2周联合射频热疗。对照组(20例)仅予常规NP方案化疗。28d为一周期,至少完成2个周期。结果观察组PR9例,有效率为45.0%;对照组PR7例,有效率35.0%。两组生活质量改善情况差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组毒副反应相似,主要毒性为骨髓抑制以及胃肠道反应。结论NP+恩度方案联合热疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌是合理、安全、有效的一种可行性方案,可以作为一线方案在临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of navelbine(NVB),cisplatin(DDP)plus ENDOSTAR and chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods Forty NSCLC patients were randomly divided into two groups.Group one(20 cases)was teeated with NPcombined chemotherapy(NVB DDP plus ENDOSTAR)and chemotherapy:NVB 25mg/m2d,dl and 8,DDP 75mg/m2,dl;Group two(20 cases)were treated only with NP combined chemotherapy.twenty-eight days for a cycle.Results There were a PR and 45.0% effective tale in group one and 7 PR and 35.0% effective rate in group two.The improvement of quality of life was significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion NP plus ENDOSTAR combined chemotherapy were effective,reasonable,safe for advanced NSCLC.更多还原
