高速铁路客运专线后张32m组合箱梁管道摩阻损失研究
Study on piping friction resistance loss for 32m combined box-beam in dedicated passenger high railway
【摘要】 通过对合武(合肥—武汉)高速铁路客运专线槐树湾制梁厂实梁预应力筋束的管道摩阻试验,采用最小二乘法及线性回归法对测试数据进行分析,从而得到预应力筋束与管道的摩阻系数!和"偏差系数。讨论了摩阻系数对张拉控制力的影响,可为类似工程提供参考。
【Abstract】 Through the experiment of piping friction resistance of pre-stressed in huaishuwan beam factory of dedicated passenger high railway(Hefei-Wuhan),adopting least squares method and linear regression method to analyse testing data,obtain two factors,namely friction resistance factor of pre-stressed of piping μ and bias coefficient κ.At the same time,discuss the effect of friction resistance coefficient for tensioned control stress,offer a reference to similar engineering.
