基于改进自适应遗传算法的混凝土搅拌站原料库存优化
Optimization for concrete mixing station raw material inventory based on modified adaptive genetic algorithm
【摘要】 为了满足建筑行业的市场需求并且节约成本,降低企业的库存费用,在市场需求不确定的条件下,通过建立基于混凝土行业的随机性(s,S)库存系统的仿真模型,使用求解多目标优化问题的遗传混合方法,设计了一种改进的自适应遗传算法,并用其优化库存控制策略。仿真结果表明:所设计的算法是一个有效的算法,能够获得较低的库存总费用,并可以更有效的解决搅拌站的库存问题。
【Abstract】 A Stochastic(s,S) inventory optimization model by omnibus genetic methods based on concrete industry under the condition of uncertain market demand was developed to satisfy the market demands of architecture industry and save the total cost,and to reduce the inventory cost of the industry.An improved adaptive genetic algorithm was designed to optimize the control policy of the inventory system.Experiment results on real-world applications demonstrate the effectiveness of the algorithm.The algorithm can save the total cost of the inventory,and it can more efficiently solve the problem of the concrete mixing station.
