【摘要】 目的:总结小儿CT增强检查中的护理经验,以提高小儿CT增强检查的成功率。方法:对460例患儿应用高压注射器注射造影剂,并实施相应的护理措施。结果:本组病例中,409例增强效果佳,46例效果一般,5例效果差,均无并发症发生。结论:在小儿CT增强检查中实施有效的护理措施是确保检查成功的关键,也是小儿安全的就医保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To improve the success rate of CT enhancement on pediatric patients by summarizing the nursing experience immediately involved in the enhancement process.Method:Contrast media were intravenously introduced into 460 children by a high-pressure injector,who had accepted relative nursing treatment during the whole checkup process.Result:Enhancement effect was good in 409 patients,moderate in 46,poor in 5.Conclusion:To acquire a good image quality and to secure children’s safety,it is essential to adopt effective nursing in the process of CT enhancement.更多还原
