【Abstract】 Information operation is very important to Colleges and Universities,which has a large influence on elite training,technique innovation,and social service etc.The construction of the information institution, improvement of the stimulation mechanism,exploitation of the information, and strengthening of the information propagandizing were discussed.For Colleges and Universities,it would give some advice for the development and improvement of the information industry in a higher level.更多还原
