新型行波超声电机设计
Design of novel traveling wave ultrasonic motor
【摘要】 提出了一种柱面驱动的新型超声电机,这种新型结构增大定转子之间的接触面积,不同于以往圆板或圆环行波超声电机的定转子间在以波峰为中心的球形区域接触,而是采用以圆柱母线为中心的矩形区域接触,从而提高了电机的转矩.运用ANSYS9.0对定子的振型进行模态及瞬态分析,并运用振动理论推导了电机的运动学方程,通过实验测试了该电机的性能.
【Abstract】 In this paper,a novel the cylinder driving traveling USM is proposed.This driving mode can increase the contact areas between stator and rotator.It is different from the traditional ring-type or disk-type ultrasonic motor whose contact area is circle area.The finite element soft ANSYS9.0 is used for the analysis of the vibrating behavior of the stator.The kinematics equation is derived from the vibration theory.The performance of the novel ultrasonic motor is tested.
