乌头总碱贴片对不同动物皮肤经皮渗透性比较
Study on transdermal absorption of total alkaloids plaster per various kinds of animal skin
【摘要】 应用改进型Franz扩散池,采用高效液相色谱法测定乌头总碱贴片中新乌头碱的含量及紫外分光光度法测定乌头总碱贴片中乌头总碱的含量,比较乌头总碱贴片渗透小鼠、豚鼠、家兔、大鼠、猫、狗、人体皮肤的透皮速率常数.结果表明,乌头总碱贴片渗透小鼠、豚鼠、家兔、大鼠、猫、狗、人体皮肤的透皮速率常数分别为115.8、75.8、97.0、88.0、46.5、33.8、82.6μg/(cm2.h),其从大到小的顺序为小鼠>家兔>大鼠>人>豚鼠>猫>狗.其中透过豚鼠皮肤和大鼠皮肤的透皮速率常数与透过人体皮肤的透皮速率常数较为接近.
【Abstract】 The modified Franz diffusion cell is used for the transdermal study,and the transdermal speed constants of total alkaloids plaster per skin of mice,guinea pig,rabbits,rats,cats,dogs,human are compared.The transdermal speed constants of total alkaloids plaster per skin of mice,guinea pig,rabbits,rats,cats,dogs,human are 115.8,75.8,97.0,88.0,46.5,33.8,82.6 μg/(cm2·h) respectively.The transdermal absorption of total alkaloids plaster per skin of guinea pig and rats is more similar to the transdermal absorption of human skin.
