【Abstract】 Topotecan(TPT)is a novel semi-synthetic,water-soluble analogue of camptothe- cin which is a specific inhibitor of DNA topoisomeraseⅠ(TopoⅠ).Its chemical name is 9- dimethyl,amido,10-hydroxyl hydrochloric camptothecin.It is widely used around the world for clinical purposes,and lots of clinical reports have demonstrated that TPT achieves great therapeutic effects in the treatment of OVC.This paper summarizes the research progress of TPT in treating OVC.更多还原
