临床检验标本采集识别系统的开发与应用

【摘要】 目的应用无线网络技术和掌上电脑的方便、快捷功能,将"临床检验标本采集识别系统"集成在移动护士工作站中。方法通过在床旁扫描病人佩戴的腕带条码,系统自动通过无线网络从医院信息系统获取病人的相关信息和医嘱,并从临床检验信息系统获取病人的检验项目、试管类型、标本类型等;护士根据系统提示为病人采集标本,扫描试管条码后,系统对试管的条码进行确认,并将试管和该病人的信息通过临床检验信息系统进行对应。结果减少了临床检验标本采集过程中的中间环节及人工标识等繁杂重复工作,简化了工作程序,缩短了间接护理时间,降低了由于护理操作产生的危险因素和差错发生率,提高了护理工作的准确性和实效性。结论护士采集的标本能够实时地进入检验信息系统,检验科通过系统可直接获取检验信息并及时将检验结果反馈给临床科室。

【Abstract】 Objective To develop and apply the specimen collection and identification system based on the mobile internet technique and PDA. Method After scanning patients’ bar code on their wristband,the system can automatically collect the patient information and test orders from Hospital Information System.The system can automatically collect the test items from Clinical Laboratory Information System,then remind the corresponding speci- men and test-tube type,The system also can validate the bar code and saves the information into Clinical Laboratory Information System when nurses col- lect the specimen,Results This practice simplified many links in specimen collection and marking,modified working flow,shortened indirect nursing hours,reduced risk factors and errors,improved the accuracy and efficiency of nursing work,Conclusion The information of test specimen can be inte- grated with the specimen information system,Then,the clinical laboratory department can directly obtain the information of test specimen through the sys- tem and give feedback to clinical department.
