【摘要】 目的探讨健康提示卡在神经外科病人中的应用,以提高健康教育效果。方法将220例住院病人随机分为实验组120例,对照组100例。对照组采用传统的口头宣教方式,实验组采用传统的口头宣教方式并实施健康提示卡。结果实验组掌握疾病相关知识、遵医行为、对护理工作的满意度均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在神经外科病人的健康教育过程中,采用健康提示卡,可提高健康教育效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application and efficacy of health education card in neurosurgery department,in order to improve the effect of health education,Method 220 hospitalized patients were randomly divided into control group(n=100)and experimental group(n=120).The method of health education for control group was traditional oral education and for experimental group was health education card integrated with oral education. Result Compared with control group,the patients in experimental group got better comprehension on the disease related information and knowledge, showed better treatment compliance and more satisfaction with medical service(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of health education card can im- proved the effect of health education in neurosurgery department.更多还原
