深井大断面沿空掘巷底臌变形控制技术研究
The Study on the Control of Floor Heave’s Distortion of Large Section Roadway Driving along Goaf in Deep Mine
【摘要】 巷道支护问题一直是煤矿安全生产和建设的难题之一,根据深井大断面沿空掘巷难支护的特点,数值模拟分析了加固巷道不同部位的效果及其机理,提出"强顶、固帮、控底"全断面控制深井大断面沿空掘巷底臌变形的技术思路,并应用于工程实践,取得了良好的技术经济效果。
【Abstract】 Roadway support is one of the difficulties in safe construction and production of coal mines.In the paper,in order to solve the problem of difficult supporting large section roadway driving along goaf in deep mine,on the basis of numerical simulation of support effect and mechanism of fortified roadways at their different parts,the concept of floor distortion control in the whole section of large section roadway driving along goaf in deep mine was brought forward.It refers to"fortifying roof,supporting side-walls and fortifying floor of the roadway".The method has been applied to engineering practice,showing good technical and economic effect.
