翼面隐身结构电磁散射特性稳健优化设计研究
Study on Robust Design Optimization of Electromagnetic Scattering for Stealthy Wing Structure
【摘要】 隐身结构是指由蒙皮和多种内部材料组成的、能满足承载要求、并具有明显降低雷达散射截面(RCS)的结构。阐述了一种典型的翼面隐身结构方案。为了进一步挖掘该隐身结构减缩RCS的潜力和考虑到实际情况中作为设计变量的吸波材料、玻璃钢电磁参数以及内部几何形状会有一定偏差,应用基于代理模型的优化策略,对其进行电磁散射特性稳健优化设计。研究结果表明,经过优化设计后,能显著降低翼面隐身结构RCS及其对设计变量的敏感性。
【Abstract】 The stealthy wing structure is a type of structures which consist of skin and varieties of internal materials, and have low radar cross section (RCS) with the considerations of stress and other requirements. A wing structure with stealth was designed. In order to improve its capacity of reducing RCS and minimize the variations of design variables such as the electric properties of absorbing material and glass fibre reinforced skin, and the shape of interior structure, a optimization method based the surrogate model was used to further reduce the RCS of the stealthy wing structure. The results indicate that the RCS of the steslthy wing structures is reduced substantially and its sensitivity to design variables is minimized after the optimization.
