降低某含砷硫铜金精矿氰化尾渣金品位试验研究
Experimental research on reducing gold grade in cyanidation slag of copper-gold concentrate containing arsenic and sulfur
【摘要】 某含砷硫铜金精矿用HOPF-防膜剂预处理3~5h后,氰化浸出尾渣中金品位从3.5~4.3g/t下降至0.7~1.2g/t。在氰化过程中,金精矿中的一些单体金粒表面上形成的红褐色薄膜得到抑制,缩短了氰化浸出时间,提高了金浸出率。
【Abstract】 After 3~5 hours’ pretreatment with HOPF film-prevention reagent,the gold grade in the cyanidation slag of a certain copper-gold concentrate containing arsenic and sulfur reduced from 3.5~4.3g/t to 0.7~1.2g/t.In the cyanidation process,the henna film on some monomer gold was restrained,and as a result,the leaching period was shortened and the recovery rate was enhanced.
