【摘要】 高校建设新校区是实现学校可持续发展的重要措施,是改善学校的教学、科研和教职工的生活条件的需要,是满足学校自身发展和适应国家高等教育发展形势的需要。无论是新校区,还是老校区,作为同一学校,必须统一规划学校的发展战略,统一制定学校的学科建设方案,统一完善学校的校园建设。因此对新校区建设,不仅要在形式上本着超前设计、规划和高起点、高标准建设的原则,努力把新校区规划、建成以人为本、生态型、信息化的现代校园;更要注重在内容上处理好与老校区及周边城市环境的内在联系,努力形成功能互补、资源共享、有机结合、统一管理的校园体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,while the scale of higher education has been expanding rapidly in our country,all the universities have been starting an upsurge of constructing new campuses to release the limit resulted from the shortage of educational resources.This essay,through some reflections on the key task of constructing new campuses——the macro-layout of the campus,is intended to find a solution to the problem of attaching more importance to form and appearance than function and content,so as to achieve a sustainable development of higher education.更多还原
