【Abstract】 The Fraunhofer diffraction light intensity distribution of the isosceles trapezoid was calculated by computer.The characteristics of their light intensity distribution were analyzed.The light intensity distribution of vertical direction to the trapezoidal bottom through the diffraction field center was analyzed emphatically and some conclusions were obtained.更多还原
